Arcane Academy: The Divine Extraction Legacy

Lisa and the three Time Manipulators had soon arrived at the edge of the Shadow Domain.
They didn’t enter so carelessly as it could’ve alarmed the Secret Order from their sudden arrival.
"Let’s just move normally from here." Lisa reminded everyone as she led the group.
The Shadow Domain was huge. It already had five fortified cities and a few villages under its banner, each connected by roads mostly guarded by golems or Denise’s humanoid golems day and night.
At its center was Clovis City, the main headquarters of Vale’s main headquarters was located in this place...
After several hours of running, they soon reached the place.
It had towering walls, formation arrays protecting it, and beyond them was also the Marshall Academy.
As soon as her group arrived at the edges of the city, it didn’t go unnoticed.
Several shadow sentinels appeared for a brief moment and confirmed their identities before bowing politely.
They were part of the Shadow Pillars... The Secret Order that Vale built to rival the Dark Arts Faction’s Order of the Evanescent Vessels.
As they entered the city, Constance was already waiting.
"You still looked the same.." Lisa muttered to herself after seeing Contance’s blue hair and blue eyes... It was still enchanting no matter how many times she saw it.
The Spirit Immortal, Constance, also seemed more dignified than ever. It seemed that her Arcane Research had borne fruit once again.
"Welcome home," she said warmly as he looked at the weakened Lisa.
Although there weren’t any visible injuries, it was only due to Lisa’s Vampire Traits.
However, facing the Chaos Immortals was not easy.
She must’ve suffered internal injuries and overworked herself.
"I’ve arranged quarters for your Vampire Knights who arrived a few days ago."
"Thank you..." Lisa said as she had indeed transformed most of her Vampire Knights to this place in order to ensure their survival.
"It’s fine... They’ll serve as Shadow Pillars from now on... They’ll be part of the hidden sentinels against the enemies lurking in the dark."

The Vampire Queen followed her through the central tower of the Academy...
Lisa would always come here when Vale was still in this city.
It was familiar and nostalgic now that Shane was still nowhere to be seen.
For a little bit, she was hoping that once they arrived at the chamber, she would see Vale waiting for her.
Unfortunately, as they entered the building and descended into the hidden chamber beneath the Academy. She didn’t feel any aura related to Vale.
Instead, she saw that the other immortals who were working for Vale had already gathered.
A long table dominated the center...
Around it sat the domain’s protectors or representatives...
There was Celestial Aurion, in his silver robes, and beside him was Celestial Thane...
They were two of the Immortals whom Vale revived or unsealed within the Mauseleum beneath Magnus Castle. It must be remembered that Vale found 10 sealed Immortals and 10 sealed Demon Saints in this place.
While the 10 Demon Saints were guarding the 16 Towers secretly and could never leave freely for obvious reasons, Aurion and the others were always doing various missions for Vale.
Then, there was also Dragon Orden and Dragon Ryzoir, who were also serving Vale through a contract at the moment.
Immortal Magnus, the Grand Arcanist, was just silently watching everything... He probably was the weakest here because of his race as a Human before becoming an Immortal. Perhaps, if Chad were here, it would be debatable.
After all, Magnus wasn’t born celestial like Aurion and the others...
Then, there was Sreas the Asura. She already looked like just any normal human with darker skin as she learned some transformation technique...
Haruo, one of the Angels that Vale found in the Holy Arts Tower.
He certainly had feathered wings, but because of how it would always attract attention, he also learned Transformation Arts to look like a normal human.
Finally, there was Cyper, the Time Manipulator, who had stood beside Lisa in the first real battle against Chaos Immortals..

"Tell us... what exactly did you face? Are they as strong as Lord Vale had mentioned?"
Lisa didn’t bother sitting yet. She began to speak and explained what had happened within the kingdom.
She spoke of Kent, the Chaos Immortal with spear and corruption dome... This includes the disciplined yet destructive force the enemy commanded, and the devastating arrival of hundreds more to come.
"They are not like the scattered threats we’ve faced before," she said, finally taking her seat. "They are organized..."
Cyper sighed as he recalled how much energy they consumed just to eliminate eight of them.
For Time Manipulators like them, who were also supported by the Immortal Tower’s energy, it was such a terrible result.
"Their airships alone should be taken seriously. They had improved it to a whole new level just a few days after acquiring it. We can assume that they have incredible knowledge in the Formation Circle or maybe even the Rune Arts. They’re adapting too quickly..."
Orden rumbled low in his throat. "And this Kent...? How strong?"
Lisa met his gaze. "If I hadn’t used Vale’s blood and your blood, Orden, I wouldn’t have lasted. He is probably not the strongest among them... and that is what should concern us."
Magnus nodded as they certainly had to expect the worst-case scenario.
"The Forbidden Spell you used—it worked. But the cost?"
"Yes... But the Immortal Tower’s core is gone," Lisa admitted. "And we only took eight Chaos Immortals from them. Still, that will force them to rethink their pace."
The Core of the Immortal was not a simple matter.
It was the reason why there weren’t a lot of Arcane Towers in the first place, especially ones that could handle an Immortal’s Divinity...
