These were quite weak just F and E rank ones but they just kept being summoned from the ground or rather space below them.
"Shut up, Miller, I was genuinely sick to make a mistake like that unlike your horney ass."
Gloria shot back as she was laying on her hospital bed as she telephonically replied to Helen as her flames spawn camping the undeads.
"Tch, We see each other after all these years and first thing you call me horny, Phenix? Fuck you, Why are you in this hospital anyway? Does your superior ideology worship death and reject medicines?"
Helen genuinely asked her old friend as being the one of the only known S-Rank in the country to make these two know each other as friends.
They old timers had a lot of fun back in their days and have kinda professional friendship born out of respect.
Though Gloria was peak A-Rank at that time, being of the Phoenix bloodline and so able to open her own domain made her close to S-ranks.
But then she broke her own spiritual core she started going into the S-Rank while she was giving birth to Grace.
A void of newly formed spiritual core of hers started absorbing and funneling spiritual energy from her surrounding to fill her newly formed core.
It’s just it was taking powers from everywhere including Grace who was still in her womb, taking not only her spiritual power, mana, even predator on her bloodline but also life form, So to protect her daughter she destroyed her own core, giving up powers others yearn and dream off.
Doing this gave her backlash, though women don’t get failing S-Rank entries but she did become one but Gloria destroyed her core, any powers that were making her strong got destroyed along with her bloodline collapsing.
Normally this would have been end for her, She would be useless and die a slow painful death as life went on but Alex healed her and now she was stronger than at her peak, even entering in the half-step S-Rank, once again this time she is being careful.

She was contemplating whether to call him or message him, not knowing what the kids are these days, which made her realize she is still calling Alex kid, making her flush hard but still no regret.
Then she felt the disturbance in the underground floor of the hospital as her newly re-awakened bloodline reacted like it just encountered its mortal enemy.
So she astroprojected part of her soul down there just so see a domain of some other S-Rank was open, releasing the rancid stench of the foul necromancy, summoning the bunch of undeads.
Strange thing is they ignored everyone else, just mindlessly walking towards the elevator shaft, normally Gloria is not someone who puts her nose where it does not belong but her re-awakened Phoenix bloodline does not allow her to sit back and see the undead running around in her presence.
So she started just roasting them casually because again she is half-step S-Rank with the peak of her body, so it was literally child’s play.
Helen on the other hand was lazily laying around, lost in thoughts of how it would be better if Alex was with her, so they should be having fun but then she felt the necromancy and sensed the undead and her reaction was....nothing.

Yeah trigger happy, Helen of course met the big clan like the Phoenix clan and so knows what kinda freak of nature they are.
First of all, Many of them have healing faction for most of not all those woman are masochist, pain is nothing but sword being tempered in the flames, issue being they using those flames not the sword.
Then there is also uncontrollable action of just burning and destroying darkside related things, It’s.....in their blood.
And while doing so they don’t even notice nor care what or how much property damage they were doing.
So she quickly came here to see since when do these superior jackieasses come down from their high horses of clan’s sacred ground into the mortal world.
Then she saw the old "friend" Gloria and then she casually started talking as it’s been a while since she just talked to people, being in a coma for not getting enough dick sucks.
She not even care whose domain it was or where the caster is as normally opening such domain needed to be around to even cast it unless you are just too strong and have too much spiritual power or mana along with top tire superpower to do this from afar but well Helen really don’t anything other
